Rates apply by the date the fuel was acquired. A period spanning a rate change needs its litres split accordingly.
Light vehicles: on-road travel is not eligible. Only enter genuine off-road business litres.

Keep this sheet, the fuel records and the apportionment evidence for five years. Claims can be adjusted within four years.
